According to the decision, the "Rules of using electricity" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated February 2, 2005 were amended. Also, in the case of installation or reconstruction of electrical installations above 200 kW, it will be agreed with the Energy Regulatory Agency. In order to put the object into permanent operation and connect it to the electric network, the customer or the owner must submit the electrical installation, as well as project, implementation and other technical documents for review to the Energy Regulatory Agency. Also, the supply of voltage to electric devices with an electric power of more than 200 kW will be carried out only after obtaining permission from the Energy Regulatory Agency, based on the contract for the supply of electricity between the consumer and the energy supply company.
